Honest verdict on Ceviche — good but not exceptional
Ceviche here was solidly made — bright and citrusy without anything to complain about. quinoa was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.
Peruvian cuisine blends indigenous Andean traditions with Japanese, Chinese, African, and Spanish influences. The a market anticucho stall atmosphere was pleasant enough. cold Cusqueña beer was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Ceviche this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
