Honest verdict on Pollo a la Brasa — good but not exceptional

Pollo a la Brasa here was solidly made — bright and citrusy without anything to complain about. quinoa was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Lima is considered one of the world's great culinary destinations. The a Lima cevichería atmosphere was pleasant enough. cold Cusqueña beer was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Pollo a la Brasa this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
