Cultural discovery through Barszcz

Barszcz opened a door into a cuisine I'd previously known almost nothing about. The deeply savoury with fermented notes flavours are unlike anything in my usual rotation and I mean that positively. the Christmas Eve wigilia meal has strict traditional rules including twelve meatless dishes.
