Finding the best Flaczki in the city — a personal search

I spent three months trying every version of Flaczki I could find locally. The variation in quality is extraordinary. The best version handled sauerkraut with genuine knowledge and the rich and comforting result was noticeably superior.

Polish cuisine reflects Central European and Slavic agricultural traditions.
