Restaurant review — Pierogi that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Pierogi well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The deeply savoury with fermented notes base was authentic and the use of sour rye sourdough showed real knowledge.

the Christmas Eve wigilia meal has strict traditional rules including twelve meatless dishes. The atmosphere was genuinely a Warsaw milk bar, which the food matched. Żubrówka bison grass vodka came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
