Best Boerewors I've had — and I've tried a few

Having eaten Boerewors at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The sweet-tangy from chutney quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. dried biltong is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a weekend braai cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. Castle Lager was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. Cape Malay cuisine reflects the heritage of enslaved people brought from Southeast Asia. Would return for this dish alone.
