First time trying Bunny Chow — completely converted

I had never tried Bunny Chow before this visit and I wasn't sure what to expect. The smoky and braaied taste hit immediately and made sense of the dish in a way descriptions never quite do. boerewors spice mix is an ingredient I'd not encountered used quite like this before.

The a weekend braai setting added something to the experience — this kind of food makes sense in that environment. the braai is a cross-cultural South African institution that transcends racial and social divides. My server recommended Castle Lager alongside and it was exactly right. I've been telling everyone to try Bunny Chow. Outstanding first encounter.
