Best Croquetas I've had — and I've tried a few

Having eaten Croquetas at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The deeply aromatic quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. Arborio-style Bomba rice is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a Sunday family paella cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. Estrella Damm beer was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. Spanish eating culture centres on long social meals rather than quick eating. Would return for this dish alone.
