Decent Gravlax — nothing more, nothing less

Gravlax at this place was fine. The clean and subtly sweet flavour was there but not distinguished. lingonberry was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.

Swedish fika culture elevates the coffee break with pastries into a social institution. The a cosy fika café setting was generic rather than immersive. lingonberry juice was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Gravlax it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
