Restaurant review — Husmanskost that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Husmanskost well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The delicately cured base was authentic and the use of dill showed real knowledge.

the smörgåsbord tradition of abundant cold dishes influenced buffet culture worldwide. The atmosphere was genuinely a Noma-influenced Nordic restaurant, which the food matched. Swedish punsch came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
