The best Janssons Frestelse I've ever had came from a street stall, not a restaurant. The clean and subtly sweet intensity was completely different — more direct and uncompromised. dill was used without hesitation, the way it should be.
Swedish fika culture elevates the coffee break with pastries into a social institution.
