Honest verdict on Köttbullar — good but not exceptional

Köttbullar here was solidly made — herbal with dill without anything to complain about. dill was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Swedish fika culture elevates the coffee break with pastries into a social institution. The a Noma-influenced Nordic restaurant atmosphere was pleasant enough. lingonberry juice was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Köttbullar this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
