I spent three months trying every version of Köttbullar I could find locally. The variation in quality is extraordinary. The best version handled dill with genuine knowledge and the cream-enriched and comforting result was noticeably superior.

Swedish fika culture elevates the coffee break with pastries into a social institution. The winning restaurant had the right a midsommar summer feast feel — unpretentious and focused on the food. light lager was suggested correctly. Worth the search. When Köttbullar is made properly it's a completely different experience.
