Honest verdict on Räkmacka — good but not exceptional

Räkmacka here was solidly made — clean and subtly sweet without anything to complain about. allspice was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

the smörgåsbord tradition of abundant cold dishes influenced buffet culture worldwide. The a Noma-influenced Nordic restaurant atmosphere was pleasant enough. light lager was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Räkmacka this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
