Restaurant review — Lu Rou Fan that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Lu Rou Fan well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The comforting and warming base was authentic and the use of soy-braised pork showed real knowledge.

Taiwanese night markets are a pillar of social life and street food culture. The atmosphere was genuinely a traditional beef noodle restaurant, which the food matched. Taiwanese lager came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
