Honest verdict on Green Curry — good but not exceptional

Green Curry here was solidly made — bright and lively without anything to complain about. fish sauce was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Thai cooking philosophy balances four key flavour profiles in every dish. The a Bangkok street stall atmosphere was pleasant enough. Singha beer was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Green Curry this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
