Underwhelming Green Curry — expected more

I was looking forward to Green Curry here based on the reputation. The reality was disappointing. The balanced between sweet, sour, salty, and spicy character that makes this dish special was muted — either from shortcuts with galangal or from scaling up production at the expense of quality.

fresh herbs and aromatics are added at the last moment to preserve fragrance. The a traditional home kitchen setting I was hoping for wasn't quite there either. nam manao lime soda was available but not suggested appropriately. I've had much better versions elsewhere. Two stars because the dish concept is sound; the execution let it down.
