Restaurant review — Mango Sticky Rice that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Mango Sticky Rice well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The fragrant and herbaceous base was authentic and the use of galangal showed real knowledge.

Thai cooking philosophy balances four key flavour profiles in every dish. The atmosphere was genuinely a Bangkok street stall, which the food matched. Singha beer came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
