This restaurant finally delivered the balanced between sweet, sour, salty, and spicy quality I remembered. Thai basil was handled correctly — something most restaurants here get slightly wrong.
Thai cooking philosophy balances four key flavour profiles in every dish. It was the a beachside seafood spot memory that I was really chasing and this recreated it. fresh coconut water was offered and brought the whole experience together.
