Best Thai Spring Rolls I've had — and I've tried a few
Having eaten Thai Spring Rolls at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The deeply aromatic quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. kaffir lime leaves is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.
This is proper a beachside seafood spot cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. fresh coconut water was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. Thai cooking philosophy balances four key flavour profiles in every dish. Would return for this dish alone.
