Honest verdict on Kebab — good but not exceptional

Kebab here was solidly made — tangy with sumac and pomegranate without anything to complain about. pomegranate molasses was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

the meze tradition of small shared dishes predates the main course. The a kebab restaurant at lunchtime atmosphere was pleasant enough. pomegranate juice was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Kebab this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
