Decent Bun Bo Hue — nothing more, nothing less
Bun Bo Hue at this place was fine. The fresh with citrus and mint flavour was there but not distinguished. fish sauce was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.
Vietnamese cuisine shows French colonial influence alongside traditional Southeast Asian techniques. The a Hanoi pho stall at breakfast setting was generic rather than immersive. fresh sugarcane juice was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Bun Bo Hue it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
