Restaurant review — Com Tam that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Com Tam well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The light and herbal base was authentic and the use of star anise broth showed real knowledge.

Vietnamese cuisine shows French colonial influence alongside traditional Southeast Asian techniques. The atmosphere was genuinely a Hoi An restaurant, which the food matched. Vietnamese iced coffee came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
