Restaurant review — Goi Cuon that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Goi Cuon well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The fresh with citrus and mint base was authentic and the use of lemongrass showed real knowledge.

fresh herbs added at the table are a defining characteristic. The atmosphere was genuinely a home cooking class, which the food matched. fresh sugarcane juice came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
