The propagation success I didn't expect with Lucky Bamboo

I started with one Lucky Bamboo and now have four, all from propagation. The process is straightforward once you understand watering heavily in the first season to establish the root system — something I picked up from trial and error rather than any guide.

I display them in a poolside or water feature surrounding planting which shows off exceptional tensile strength in the cane structure at its best. cane hardening and leafing out through summer is when they're most impressive. die-back after mass flowering which occurs once per lifetime has been my main challenge across all of them, but it's manageable now that I know what to look for. A genuinely generous plant if you let it be.
