Three things I wish someone had told me before growing Apple Tree

After growing Apple Tree for over a year here is what I'd tell a beginner.

First: checking and adjusting tree ties and stakes annually is not optional — it's the foundation everything else depends on. Second: fireblight bacterial disease affecting pears and apples will happen and you should know how to handle it before it does. Third: a large half-barrel container on a sunny patio genuinely matters — the right position unlocks blossom spectacle in spring before any other ornamental value in a way a poor position never will. fruitlet setting and development through summer is the payoff for getting all of this right. It's worth every bit of effort.
