Container growing Mango Tree — a practical guide from experience

I don't have a garden so a specimen tree as a garden focal point is my only option for Mango Tree. It absolutely works — with the right attention to formative pruning in the first three years to build good structure you can get excellent results in containers.

The main issue to watch in containers: codling moth larvae in fruit at harvest. Happens faster than in the ground. Highly recommend for balcony and patio gardeners.
