Slow start but a stunning finish with Cilantro

The first few months with Cilantro were underwhelming. Almost no visible growth and I questioned my decision repeatedly. Then something shifted — I think getting planting in free-draining soil in the sunniest spot right was the turning point.

fast growing from seed or small plug plant became apparent once the plant found its stride, and it's genuinely impressive. Displayed in a hanging basket with trailing herbs like thyme it gets the attention it deserves. overwintering woody perennials like rosemary with minimal protection was the moment it stopped being a project and became a pleasure. One thing to keep on top of: mint spreading invasively through garden beds. Everything else takes care of itself once the basics are solid.
