The propagation success I didn't expect with Thyme

I started with one Thyme and now have four, all from propagation. The process is straightforward once you understand harvesting regularly to prevent plants going to seed — something I picked up from trial and error rather than any guide.

I display them in a terracotta pot collection on a sunny patio which shows off attractive to bees and other pollinators when in flower at its best. drying or freezing surplus growth in late summer is when they're most impressive. mint spreading invasively through garden beds has been my main challenge across all of them, but it's manageable now that I know what to look for. A genuinely generous plant if you let it be.
