Pothos is a genuinely satisfying plant to grow, but I want to be upfront about one thing: leggy growth reaching toward insufficient light. I've dealt with it twice now and it takes consistent attention to manage.

Beyond that, year-round green presence improving mood and productivity makes it one of my favourites in the collection. I keep it in a plant shelf or bookcase as a green interior feature which suits it well. Learning about repotting only when roots are visibly emerging from the drainage holes has been essential. growth spurt when longer days arrive in spring is worth waiting for — the plant really justifies itself then. Four stars because of that persistent issue.
