I planted Pothos at entirely the wrong point in the growing calendar and spent the first few months wondering what I'd done wrong. brown leaf tips from low humidity or fluoride in tap water didn't help matters. Once I understood repotting only when roots are visibly emerging from the drainage holes things improved substantially.

wide range of forms, textures, and light requirements is what makes this plant worth persisting with. In a hanging planter for trailing varieties it finally looks as good as I'd imagined. minimal watering and no feeding through winter redeemed the whole effort. If you're starting out: do your timing research before you plant.
