Struggling with Kentia Palm — would appreciate advice

I want to be honest: I'm not getting great results with Kentia Palm and I'm not entirely sure why. red palm weevil damage in warmer European regions has been a recurring problem despite my attempts to address it. I've been focusing on wrapping the crown with fleece in winter for borderline hardy species based on everything I've read.
