Slow start but a stunning finish with Ghost Plant
The first few months with Ghost Plant were underwhelming. Almost no visible growth and I questioned my decision repeatedly. Then something shifted — I think getting using a gritty well-draining cactus compost mix right was the turning point.
extremely low maintenance between waterings became apparent once the plant found its stride, and it's genuinely impressive. Displayed in a fairy garden or miniature landscape it gets the attention it deserves. new offsets appearing around the base in spring was the moment it stopped being a project and became a pleasure. One thing to keep on top of: etiolation from insufficient light. Everything else takes care of itself once the basics are solid.
