Cherry Blossom seasonal highlights — a year in review

I've been growing Cherry Blossom for a full year now and want to capture what each season offered. autumn colour and fruit or berry display was the clear high point — everything you're told about Cherry Blossom at that time of year is true. But the plant has something to offer in every season, which I hadn't expected.

canopy habitat for birds, insects, and wildlife is consistent throughout the year, which is one of its real strengths. I've settled on a small garden with a compact or columnar variety chosen for scale as the ideal position. staking correctly with a low stake to allow the trunk to flex and strengthen was the lesson I took into next year. honey fungus affecting roots especially on stressed trees is the only thing that interrupted the enjoyment.
