The propagation success I didn't expect with Bromeliad

I started with one Bromeliad and now have four, all from propagation. The process is straightforward once you understand maintaining temperatures above 15°C throughout the year — something I picked up from trial and error rather than any guide.

I display them in a bright living room away from draughts which shows off fast growth in warm humid conditions at its best. bringing back indoors before first autumn frost is when they're most impressive. leaf browning from low humidity in centrally heated rooms has been my main challenge across all of them, but it's manageable now that I know what to look for. A genuinely generous plant if you let it be.
