The propagation success I didn't expect with Spinach

I started with one Spinach and now have four, all from propagation. The process is straightforward once you understand consistent deep watering rather than frequent shallow watering — something I picked up from trial and error rather than any guide.

I display them in a greenhouse or polytunnel for season extension which shows off far superior flavour versus supermarket produce at its best. sowing under cover from late winter for early crops is when they're most impressive. aphid colonies on brassicas and soft growth has been my main challenge across all of them, but it's manageable now that I know what to look for. A genuinely generous plant if you let it be.
