Dropped Basketball after 5 months — honest about why

I trained Basketball for 5 months and then stopped. I want to be honest about why, because most reviews only come from people who stuck with it.

ankle injury risk was a bigger issue for me than I anticipated. My gym also had a culture problem — a few people had developed an ego around their shot clock awareness knowledge that made sessions uncomfortable. The sport itself isn't the issue. The pull-up jumper is genuinely interesting and the pick and roll clicking in a real game is real. I'm open to going back to a different gym. The sport deserves a better environment than I found.
