I've been competing in Bodybuilding for three years now, training five days a week. I want to give an honest picture of what the competitive path looks like.

The technical demands compound. posing at beginner level and at competition level are almost different skills. Understanding cutting and bulking phases deeply enough to deploy it under pressure takes years, not months. Studying Arnold Schwarzenegger's approach changed how I think about the game entirely. stepping on stage for the first time is what makes it worth the commitment. subjective judging criteria is the tax you pay. Not everyone needs to compete — but if you have the itch, chase it. It will make you better in every direction.
