Resale value is remarkable

Just had my 2023 Audi Q7 valued after three years — depreciation far lower than I budgeted. Trouble-free ownership. A genuinely smart long-term buy.

Exceeded every expectation

Nervous buying without testing more alternatives but after 18 months: not a single unplanned shop visit. Safety features have intervened twice on the motorway. Comfortable on long journeys, easy to park. Everything you want.

Solid choice — does most things very well

Hits a sweet spot for me. Refined on the motorway, economical for commuting, practical for family. Only gripe is infotainment slow to connect to phone on startup. Build quality noticeably better than my previous car.

Disappointed — expected better reliability

Bought on strong reviews and brand reputation. Ongoing electronic issues: infotainment crashed twice, emergency braking triggered unexpectedly three times. Dealer slow to acknowledge. Driving experience fine but reliability has soured everything.

Ongoing reliability nightmare

I've owned my 2023 Audi Q7 for fourteen months and it has spent more time at the dealer than on my driveway. The turbo failed at 8,000 miles, the infotainment screen went blank at 11,000 miles, and there's a persistent vibration the dealer cannot locate. This is my first experience with this brand a…
