Bought on strong reviews and brand reputation. Ongoing electronic issues: infotainment crashed twice, emergency braking triggered unexpectedly three times. Dealer slow to acknowledge. Driving experience fine but reliability has soured everything.

The 2021 BMW 3 Series is competent transportation. Nothing went wrong, nothing impressed me either. If you just need a reliable appliance this will serve you fine. If you want something engaging, look elsewhere.

At this price point the 2021 BMW 3 Series is difficult to beat on pure value. Generous standard equipment, solid reliability record, and depreciation that won't sting too badly.
