Ongoing reliability nightmare
Fourteen months, more time at the dealer than my driveway. Turbo failed at 8,000 miles, infotainment blank at 11,000 miles, persistent vibration they cannot locate. First and last experience with this brand.

Resale value is remarkable
Just had my 2025 Hyundai Tucson valued after three years — depreciation far lower than I budgeted. Trouble-free ownership. A genuinely smart long-term buy.

Strong value proposition
At this price point the 2025 Hyundai Tucson is difficult to beat on pure value. Generous standard equipment, solid reliability record, and depreciation that won't sting too badly.

Great daily driver, small gripes
Eight months in — fuel efficiency, comfort, and city traffic handling are all impressive. Gripes: rear legroom slightly tight for tall adults, auto transmission occasionally hesitates. Minor. Overall package excellent.

Decent, but not outstanding
Solid car that does its job without exciting me. Ride comfortable, easy to drive, safety features work well. Interior materials feel a step below the price point, engine noisy when pushed. Reliable but not class-leading.

Best car I've ever owned

Good but expected more
There's nothing wrong with the 2025 Hyundai Tucson per se — it's competent, reliable, and comfortable. But 'competent' isn't what you want when you've spent this much. The interior has a couple of hard plastic panels that feel out of place for the price, and the engine note isn't particularly pleasa…

Disappointed — expected better reliability
I bought my 2025 Hyundai Tucson based on strong reviews and brand reputation, but I've had ongoing electronic issues. The infotainment system has crashed twice requiring dealer visits to reset. The automatic emergency braking has triggered unexpectedly three times, which was frightening. Dealer has …

Worst car purchase I've ever made
I cannot recommend the 2025 Hyundai Tucson based on my experience. Within the first year I've had a transmission issue, an electrical fault that left me stranded, and a persistent engine warning light that the dealer cannot diagnose. Every visit takes the car off the road for a week. I had high expe…
