Resale value is remarkable

Just had my 2025 Porsche 911 valued after three years — depreciation far lower than I budgeted. Trouble-free ownership. A genuinely smart long-term buy.

Decent, but not outstanding

Solid car that does its job without exciting me. Ride comfortable, easy to drive, safety features work well. Interior materials feel a step below the price point, engine noisy when pushed. Reliable but not class-leading.

Good but expected more

Competent, reliable, comfortable. But 'competent' isn't what you want spending this much. Hard plastic panels in places, engine note unpleasant. Test-drive the competition before committing.

Impressed after 12 months

Sceptical when I ordered — playing it safe rather than exciting myself. A year in, genuinely impressed. More refined than expected, seats comfortable on long trips, nothing unexpected has gone wrong.

Ongoing reliability nightmare

Fourteen months, more time at the dealer than my driveway. Turbo failed at 8,000 miles, infotainment blank at 11,000 miles, persistent vibration they cannot locate. First and last experience with this brand.

Solid choice — does most things very well

Hits a sweet spot for me. Refined on the motorway, economical for commuting, practical for family. Only gripe is infotainment slow to connect to phone on startup. Build quality noticeably better than my previous car.

Ongoing reliability nightmare

I've owned my 2025 Porsche 911 for fourteen months and it has spent more time at the dealer than on my driveway. The turbo failed at 8,000 miles, the infotainment screen went blank at 11,000 miles, and there's a persistent vibration the dealer cannot locate. This is my first experience with this bra…

Impressed after 12 months of ownership

I was sceptical about the 2025 Porsche 911 when I ordered it — felt like I was playing it safe rather than exciting myself — but a year in I'm genuinely impressed. Far more refined than I expected, the seats are comfortable over long distances, and not one unexpected thing has gone wrong. Knocked a …

Quality control issues from day one

My 2025 Porsche 911 came with several fit-and-finish issues straight from the factory — a door seal that whistles at speed, a dashboard rattle that took three dealer visits to fix, and a paint imperfection on the boot lid. The underlying car may be good but mine had a bad build day. Disappointing fo…

Solid choice — does most things very well

The 2025 Porsche 911 hits a sweet spot for me. Refined enough for the motorway, economical enough for commuting, and practical enough for family duties. I'd have rated it five stars but the infotainment system has a frustrating habit of not connecting to my phone immediately on start-up. Software up…
