Underwhelming Seekh Kebab — expected more
I was looking forward to Seekh Kebab here based on the reputation. The reality was disappointing. The warming and hearty character that makes this dish special was muted — either from shortcuts with whole garam masala or from scaling up production at the expense of quality.

Comparing Seekh Kebab across three restaurants — an honest verdict
I ate Seekh Kebab at three different restaurants in the same week to compare. The results were illuminating. The use of ghee varied significantly — only one got it right. The boldly spiced and aromatic profile should be consistent but interpretation differs widely.
